Kaseya is seeking an experienced Special Projects Group (SPG) Senior Analyst to join their team. This remote position is either part-time at 30 hours/week or full-time at 40 hours/week, with occasional travel to Kaseya’s headquarters in Miami.

ROLE


The Special Projects Group (SPG) Senior Analyst will report to the SVP of SPG and will support the execution of key initiatives across Kaseya. The SPG team is a critical enabler of Kaseya’s value creation thesis, working on prioritized strategic efforts in coordination with Executive leadership. This group is backed by the Board, sponsored by the CEO and is specifically designed to be at the center of Kaseya’s leading, designing, and execution of initiatives, driving growth and optimization.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a fast-paced environment and enable the growth of Kaseya by leading the execution of key initiatives through complex problem-solving and advanced analytics skills.

  • Lead the planning and execution of transformational initiatives through data analysis, research, project plan development/tracking, workshop planning/execution, recommendation development, deliverable creation, and program/KPI tracking. 

  • Build and manage the plan to execute/operationalize solutions, including defining timelines, assigning ownership, developing communications/training plans, and executing against plans.

  • Learn to navigate organizational dynamics, working across functions and levels to build relationships, gain an understanding of business processes, and support the design/implementation of solutions for improvement.

  • Lead the design and development of scalable solutions that enable the growth of the organization. 

  • Drive progress and achieve results by clearly defining tasks, ownership, and timelines, and effectively escalating risks and issues.

  • Support timely and effective stakeholder communication and engagement across key strategic projects; draw connections and help align work where possible.


CANDIDATE



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related areas of study, including Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior, Operations & Supply Chain), Economics, Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations).

  • 3+ years of professional experience. Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking (or comparable) is strongly preferred. 

  • Strong problem solver able to effectively operate in high pressure and dynamic situations.

  • Demonstrated (through professional or academic experiences) ability to:

    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and use analytical tools, including Excel. The ability to use PowerBI (or similar tools like Tableau) is a plus. 

    • Synthesize information and distill key takeaways.  

    • Work at a fast pace and in a rapidly changing environment. 

    • Plan and/or execute projects. 

    • Work collaboratively and independently.

  • Highly flexible; able to respond to a dynamic and challenging environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer/client focus and results orientation.

  • Self-starter with good time management to meet deadlines.

  • Strong experience in MS Excel (e.g., vlookups, countifs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint. 


The compensation for this role is $100k-$115k plus bonus.
