We are seeking collaborative, forward-thinking leaders who are passionate about innovation in healthcare and thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Board of Directors, your role will include:

  • Strategic Oversight: Provide governance, insight, and accountability as the company executes against a transformational growth strategy.

  • Executive Guidance: Support and challenge the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and long-term planning.

  • RCM & Healthcare Expertise: Offer insights and oversight on revenue cycle operations, payer relationships, compliance, and technology trends.

  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee financial performance, capital structure, and key investment decisions; advise on budgeting, forecasting, and exit strategy.

  • Transformation & Change Support: Lend experience in operational improvement, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives.

  • Governance & Risk Management: Ensure strong governance practices, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation frameworks are in place.

  • Network Leverage: Where appropriate, introduce relevant connections for business development, partnerships, executive talent, or acquisition targets.

CANDIDATE

Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in healthcare operations, RCM, technology enablement, private equity value creation, or M&A. Prior board experience or executive-level leadership in high-growth, PE-backed environments is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience serving on a board of directors or as a CEO/senior executive in a growth-stage or PE-backed business.

  • Strong understanding of governance responsibilities, fiduciary duties, and investor relations.

  • In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management, payer strategy, compliance, billing/coding, or healthcare operations.

  • Familiarity with RCM technology platforms (e.g., EHR, claims, denial management, analytics tools).

  • Experience operating within a private equity environment, including value creation strategies, KPI tracking, board reporting, and exit planning.

  • Understanding of capital markets, debt/equity financing, and valuation levers.

  • Experience overseeing digital transformation, system implementation (e.g., AI/automation in RCM), or operational scale-up.

  • Proven track record of helping organizations evolve through technology, process improvement, or organizational design.

  • Background in leading or advising on M&A transactions, including integration and cultural alignment.

  • Ability to help identify strategic partnerships and market expansion opportunities.

The compensation for this role to commensurate with experience.
