Parento is seeking a B2B Growth Manager to join their fully remote team. This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to shape the future of paid parental leave in the U.S.

ROLE
Parento is looking for a strategic and data-driven B2B Growth Manager to lead the charge in accelerating lead generation, optimizing sales funnels, and building scalable campaigns that convert prospects into customers. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales enablement, and operations, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, understands the B2B buyer journey inside and out, and loves to build, test, and iterate on systems that fuel growth.
You’ll own the design and execution of multi-touch campaigns, cold outreach programs, and persona-specific nurture flows—working closely with Sales to ensure high-quality, conversion-ready leads. Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline and Funnel Growth
Refine and optimize outbound and inbound campaigns to grow top-of-funnel lead volume and mid-funnel conversion
Build automated, multi-touch email workflows that engage and nurture key personas across the buyer journey
Align closely with Sales on messaging, targeting, and hand-off strategy to ensure a seamless buyer experience
Identify and troubleshoot workflow gaps or drop-off points; test and iterate rapidly to improve conversion
Drive cold email strategy and execution to introduce Parento to net-new accounts
Sales Enablement and Persona Strategy
Deepen understanding of buyer personas—including patterns, challenges, and decision-making drivers
Build and maintain persona-specific messaging matrices, CTAs, and content requirements by funnel stage
Collaborate with Sales to test new messaging, creative, and engagement tactics
Leverage sales feedback to adjust workflows, improve targeting, and drive KPIs like demos, discovery calls, and quotes
System & Analytics
Own campaign automation, CRM workflows, lead attribution, and ongoing optimization within HubSpot
Analyze funnel performance and marketing metrics to inform strategy
Run A/B tests across email, outreach cadence, copy, and content to maximize engagement
CANDIDATE
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement
Deep proficiency with HubSpot (campaign creation, email automation, CRM workflows, reporting)
Proven experience with cold outreach, email marketing, and persona-based targeting
Skilled at building scalable systems and workflows to drive marketing and sales productivity
Analytical mindset with experience running experiments and optimizing based on performance data
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey—especially in HR, benefits, SaaS, or services
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Comfortable in startup or high-growth environments where agility and self-direction are key
Experience in famtech, HR tech, wellness, or insurance industries is a plus
