Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to join their team. This full-time position is based in Maywood, NJ with one day in office; remote considered for the right candidate.

Our client is a leading supplier of wholesale apparel, promotional products, and imprintable goods, working with clients like promotional product distributors, athletic team dealers, screen printers, embroiderers, online retailers, and thousands of other businesses.
ROLE
The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for providing digital marketing tactics and strategy for the company, as well as social media, search and web. The role requires a deep knowledge of digital marketing, customer behavior, and content, as well as the ability to simultaneously lead different projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the Digital Marketing plans and co-create solutions alongside other internal teams.
Build digital marketing best practices.
Develop proposals for digital media, Including budget sizing and resource planning.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Establish and fortify the company’s marketing campaign calendar and strategy, complete with outlined objectives, market opportunities, and tactics, ensuring growth objectives are met and exceeded.
Ensure consistency and integrity of all brand messaging across client touch points globally, online and offline.
Routinely share marketing strategies and plans, program results and learnings, and relevant industry trends with the broader organization.
Define measurable goals for each campaign, document and communicate results and learnings to ensure they are applied to future campaigns.
Research, develop, and implement new and effective marketing strategies and technologies, and continually develop functional expertise.
Create evergreen marketing programs that drive brand awareness, engagement and increase brand desirability.
Successful candidates will have extensive experience in all aspects of digital marketing, including creating omni-channel marketing campaigns across the latest digital tactics, using analytics to optimize those tactics, and driving engagement among audiences. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competencies in marketing campaign strategy and design, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing analytics, as well as earned and paid media.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing Management.
Has worked independently and can demonstrate self-driven accomplishments.
Fully understands the marketing funnel, measurement and driving engagement.
Excellent documentation skills, specifically campaign design, keywords, social content, project plans, proposals, and resource plans.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Works independently and is able to manage several projects concurrently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage upward and downward across teams from remote environments.

The compensation for this role is $150k+ depending on experience.
