VRAI is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join their team. This full-time position is 100% remote.

ROLE
VRAI is looking for a highly creative and strategic marketer to manage and lead their 360 global brand and product marketing campaigns with elements including content, digital channel plans, branding and communications strategies. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, education and engagement. As a team lead, you will immediately make an impact by playing a key role in strategic and creative marketing decision making. The role requires a deep knowledge of digital marketing, consumer behavior and content, as well as the ability to simultaneously lead different projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Establish and fortify VRAI’s marketing campaign calendar and strategy, complete with outlined objectives, market opportunities and tactics, ensuring growth objectives are met and exceeded.
Lead the strategy and drive the orchestration of breakthrough 360 seasonal marketing campaigns that build affinity and drive customer KPIs for the brand.
Manage a team of 3-5 marketing team members in email, social, ads and creative.
Partner with US and international leadership to drive global rollout of VRAI marketing campaigns.
Educate teams on brand identity and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Lead development of product marketing strategies, including product naming architecture, positioning, and target customer assessment.
Develop clear and compelling creative briefs against their brand, business, and customer objectives and work closely with the creative team and with external partners from concept through to production.
Ensure consistency and integrity of all brand messaging across customer touch points globally online and offline.
Collaborate and strategize with retail team to launch campaign activation and retention programs in showrooms.
Routinely share marketing strategies and plans, program results and learnings, and relevant industry trends with the broader organization.
Partner closely with teams to drive clarity and consistency of integrated messaging both online/offline.
Define measurable goals for each campaign; document and communicate results and learnings to ensure they are applied to future campaigns.
Research, develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for integrated product and brand awareness campaigns and always-on brand building initiatives.
Create evergreen marketing programs that drive brand awareness, engagement and increase brand desirability.
CANDIDATE
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 5+ years of marketing experience in world class, fast growth category defining digital first brands.
Bonus if in the luxury space (fine jewelry experience a plus).
Highly strategic, creatively minded and results-oriented marketer with experience in brand storytelling, content and digital marketing channels.
Ability to manage many priorities, demonstrate strong judgment and attention to detail, take ownership and be a team player.
Flexible, detail and deadline-oriented, self-starter and able to take constructive critiques and feedback.
Exceptional collaboration skills, and ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional and agency partners that facilitate team success.
Ability to extract insights from multiple data sources, and make informed decision that balance the art and science required to build an admired and lasting brand.
Excellent communication and presentation skills that can be adapted for audiences at all levels across the organization.
Proven ability to adapt and quickly change direction when necessary in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The compensation for this role is $90k-$120k+, depending on experience. Bonus eligible; benefits access from day one.
