Q.ai is seeking an experienced Lead Social Media & Community Strategist to join their team. This full-time position is 100% remote, with the ideal candidate able to work within Eastern Time Zone hours.

ROLE


As the Lead Social Media & Community Strategist, you will represent Q.ai by building a social media presence and community for their brand. The Social Media Strategist will be required to create a social media strategy, drive engagement by creating high-quality original content from the support of their creatives team, and track metrics and progress toward their goals. You should also engage influencers, manage and build their community, and oversee their customer service across all social media platforms. To be successful as a social media manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. The platforms you will be managing include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, and LinkedIn.


Responsibilities:  

  • Creating social media strategy across all channels.

  • Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.

  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media.

  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.

  • Managing their online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

  • Responding to comments on each of their accounts.

  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.

  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

  • Report on social media performance and strategize ways of improving and optimizing.

  • Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.

  • Ability to manage a team.


CANDIDATE


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social media marketing experience.

  • Experience developing social media strategies.

  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.

  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

  • Proven ability to build social media communities.

  • Understanding of graphic design principles.

  • Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.

  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns.


The compensation for this role is $125k-$200k, with stock options available.
