The ideal candidate will have a proven record of strong leadership with high team engagement, a history of leading large initiatives through collaboration, and a passion for architecting with integrity.
Understand and lead architectural and technology decisions.
Cultivate an engineering culture that builds quality software stemming from an understanding of software engineering best practices and processes.
Promote an environment of learning and collaboration.
Identify areas of technical growth within individuals.
Perform code reviews.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of experience, 5+ in a team management role.
Proven track record of developing and growing software development teams.
Experienced in coaching, leading, and mentoring developers.
Solid experience of working in an agile development environment.
Ability to provide constructive feedback to members of your team.
Proven ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Understanding of the product development lifecycle and how it fits into an agile software development environment.
