Inkwell is currently looking for a full time Senior Wealth Advisor to join a family owned private trust company. The successful candidate is a well-organized, self-motivated wealth management professional with extensive financial planning, investment, project management, communication and relationship skills. The ideal candidate will be capable of coordinating and leading the client service team to provide complex investment strategies and integrated family office services to private clients with $25mm+ in investable assets and who own or have owned private companies. The firm would like this candidate to be located around the Philadelphia area but remote workers will be considered as well.
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining multi-generation client relationships, providing sophisticated wealth management advice, coordinating the development and implementation of investment strategies in accordance with predefined investment methodologies, rebalancing and regular analysis of client accounts (including asset allocation, tax management strategies and all types of marketable and liquid investments). In addition, the Senior Wealth Advisor will support management by helping lead business and client initiatives as well as contribute to the development of the Client Services Group. This position requires moderate travel.

Experience and high degree of expertise in portfolio management for ultra-high net-worth individuals and families, including asset allocation (traditional, alternative asset classes and other illiquid investments), and tax management.
Experience, and a high degree of knowledge, in developing investment and financial plans for ultra-high net-worth individuals with sophisticated wealth planning techniques including a wide array of trusts.
Experience and a high degree expertise in analyzing financial information and the ability to recommend and monitor financial plans.
Ability to educate next generation clients as it relates to investment management, financial planning concepts and basic estate planning.
Excellent and diverse understanding of global financial markets and economic trends.
Proficient in dealing with, and adding value to a variety of complex private client situations.
Ability to guide, mentor and lead client service team members at all levels in the management of prospect and client service strategies and their execution.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or similar field.
Master’s degree in finance, economics or similar field a plus.
Certified Financial Planner TM (CFP) required.
Additional industry or role specific designations a plus. Examples include, but are not limited to, CTFATM, CAIA, CFA®.
10-15 years relevant business experience.
7-10 years relevant direct ultra-high net worth wealth management experience. Direct and substantial interaction with clients is required.
