Job Description


You will be responsible for driving and executing the HR strategy for teams across content, marketing, sales, creative and operations in our San Francisco office. You will become a trusted advisor and a strategic business partner to the leadership teams and help shape up the HR strategy in a hyper-growth environment. You will be an experienced business partner with generalist HR knowledge but with the ability and interest to take ownership of specialist areas including talent management or compensation and benefits.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Work closely with the leadership team to build an HR strategy to support the business’s growth
● Evaluate talent and development opportunities of all teams
● Coach and develop company managers and employees
● Understand what drives employees and manage the ongoing relationships with teams and leadership                                                                                                                   
● Manage HR Operations team to further improve the execution of strategy in a scalable manner
● Partner with the recruitment team to drive the overall talent strategy
● Guide data driven decision making and implement proactive solutions
● Be a guardian of company values
● Commit to continuous improvement and implementation of modern, people-centric HR solutions, by staying ahead of the latest industry trends


Requirements

● Breadth of experience in human resources business partnering with senior management in high growth environments
● Collaborative approach to work and relationships
● Articulate and compelling communicator, conveying ideas in a clear fashion to variety of audiences
● Curiosity to understand the business deeper
● Comfortable working with different stakeholders of varying seniority
● Appreciation for modern HR and data-driven decision making
● Pragmatic problem solver with track record of driving best practice and improvements
● Knowledge of US and California employment law
