Goode Health is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a proven background scaling highly differentiated direct-to-consumer businesses in the health and wellness space. This person will be able to flex both strategically and operationally while building and inspiring teams to drive great results. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this person will be a critical factor in both the short and long-term success of the business and will build the foundation across brand, product, people, systems, and infrastructure to ensure they can deliver on their bold vision.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the vast daily activities, which include:
Translate the vision/MVP alpha launch into success and oversee the rapid commercialization of the business.
Drive the growth strategy tied to actionable goals for performance and short-term and long-term growth developed in collaboration with the board.
Build a world-class leadership team with the appropriate skills and cultural bias to lead Goode Health forward.
Ensure the Goode Health growth plan supports the long-term strategic growth blueprint of the business.
Drive the team in the ongoing optimization of the customer funnel from acquisition through engagement and retention.
Relentlessly improve on the customer experience as well as the existing and future product suite to meet and exceed business goals.
Aggressively manage capital investments and expenses to ensure Goode Health meets targets related to growth and profitability.
Be “the face” of the business with employees, partners, customers, and the media.
Being an expert in the development of disruptive products and/or related technology products/services, driving world class revenue growth, and being a partner to the founding team to ensure the overall success of the company.
Proven success rising through the ranks of relevant businesses, inclusive of significant direct-to-consumer marketing experience, subscription marketing, as well as prior experience in a direct P&L role launching and/or growing ideally a health, wellness, or subscription business.
15+ years as a business leader with deep market knowledge; able to build and scale autonomous teams and hold them to the standard of best-in-class company programs and business practices.
Experience driving revenue through marketing, sales, etc. Proven ability to grow a business at the top and bottom line.
A high level of comfort with data analysis and performance metrics.
Demonstrated success with exceeding financial, customer and employee engagement goals amongst other relevant business metrics. History of P&L ownership, budgeting, and modeling.
Experience in partnering heavily with technology, product, and engineering teams to ensure the product and tech roadmaps match the customer-experience requirements/priorities.

The compensation for this role is $200k-$300k plus equity.
