They are now looking for a highly entrepreneurial leader that can lead the company and successfully scale growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 10 years servicing the needs of non-institutional investors.
Thorough understanding of individual investing, market investment, business models and investment products designed for individual investors.
Experience with platforms delivering digital investment advice and services.
Demonstrated executive leadership experience in developing companies in financial services.
Proven experience in efficiently scaling growth.
Proven ability to build monetization strategies.
Familiarity with broker, clearing and bank technology platforms.
Experience with the application of mobile apps to offer digital investment solutions a plus.
Proven success as a leader, with the ability to articulate a clear and inspiring vision for Q.ai while managing and hiring a high performing team.
Track record of creating and sustaining an organizational culture that fosters equity and belonging.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong relationships across a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, and ability to influence leaders.
Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
Listening orientation and curiosity.
Strong critical thinking skills and an ability to solve problems in the face of complexity and ambiguity.
Understanding of organizational design, with proven success developing systems and structures that foster positive employee engagement and successful programs.
